ORIGINAL-The Least Motion Which They Made
This is an original watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, pastel, powdered pigment and ink illustration entitled, "The Least Motion Which They Made". It is varnished with beeswax and casein which gives it a beautiful glossy finish. It was created in 2024 and is unframed. The picture measures 9" x 7.75" and is painted on Arches 300lb. hot-pressed 100% cotton watercolor paper. There is a deckled edge along the bottom of the paper.

*The deckled edge refers to the irregular edge on the paper. Arches, which is the French brand of paper I use, crafts their paper on cylinder moulds which create "deckled edges". The natural untrimmed edge gives the paper a unique, softer feel.
